Cornish WebServices were creating SE optimised websites before the term SEO was even coined. We have always called ourselves an 'Internet Marketing' company, rather than simply 'website designers'. In early 2004 when websites from "leading website design companies" were invisible on Google, and 100% of our websites had top page rankings for their main keywords we realised we should include 'search engine Optimisation' within our portfolio.

We were one of the very first companies offering an ethical SEO service in the UK.

Business SEO clients from 2004 are still with us after many years. After 6-9 months, rankings for competitive keywords have remained mostly in the top 10 on Google, Yahoo, and MSN and generally been robust to changes in search engine algorithm. How do you get new clients?

100% of our new clients come from personal recommendation or from enquiries from the search engines. Unlike many of the "top UK search companies" we:

never use paid advertising,
never use 'paid for' links
never use 'paid for' advertising banners on other website
never pay for entry into various "SEO resources" directories
never use email marketing to advertise our services
design, maintain and optimise our own website (many of competitors do not!!)

Do you offer SEO in all market sectors?

No. With far more SEO requests for work than we can resource, we can afford to select which markets we work in. We do not offer SEO in most adult only markets.
