Cornish WebServices’ Facebook News App

19/10/2012

Social media is increasingly becoming an integral tool for business communication online. Plus, a great way for people to increase their functionality and reach more fans on the networks is with social media apps.

Because Cornish WebServices stay ahead of the curve on all the latest social media developments, we have created our own app for Facebook that is also now being used by several of our clients.

Our Facebook News App allows a news feed from a company website to be integrated directly into that company’s Facebook page. This means that the business will always have dynamic content because as they update the news on their site, this content will show immediately on their Facebook profile.

We first used this ingenious app on the Cornish WebServices Facebook page, but now we have also integrated the app into the Facebook pages of several of our clients. These include Concorde International, Vinci Hair Clinic, Wellington Lodge and Agilier

The Facebook News App is a really great additional feature on the information bar at the top of these clients Facebook pages. Their Facebook followers can click on the news button and be taken through to the latest news about the company without directly having to visit their website.

This news app is not only a great way of creating extra content on Facebook but is also ideal for people browsing Facebook on mobiles phones.

The news content can be easily read on Smartphone format and is a great way to get quick updates and the latest news about companies.
