Campaigns
The campaign overview screen provides details of your existing and previously sent
campaigns.
To create a new campaign, click the `+Add New' button.
The next screen gives you the option to select an existing template, copy an existing
campaign or import a campaign that has been created offline.
In most situations you will need only to select an existing template or copy a previous
campaign.
