Cornish WebServices for Internet Marketing

The Internet allows staff in multiple locations to work together efficiently. The majority of Cornish WebServices staff work in home-based offices, meeting regularly at our head office in Sturry for team meetings.

We invest in people, not offices or buildings. Although most of our staff have specialist areas of expertise, many work in multiple areas, enabling a seamless link between website design and the Internet marketing work.

We do not use full time secretarial support so phones tend to be answered by key members of the company.

Client Support

Cornish Webservices have carried out sufficient work for at least one client to allow us to employ someone full time to work in their offices, assisting with website and database development. We can provide dedicated clients managers for clients with large volumes of work.

Copywriters

We have a growing network of copywriters who regularly write articles and search engine optimised page copy for us

Our JAWS expert is Tony, and other accessibility expertise is handled by Rachel and James

Languages

Although we have only one qualified translator on our payroll, we have staff and workers able to read a large selection of languages, with Laurian and Peter being fluent in several languages each. Actual translation work would always be handled by a native speaker. We have workers able to work in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Rumanian, Russian, and Arabic .

Consultancy

The majority of the Internet Marketing & Strategy consultancy work is handled by Rachel who has first hand experience of Internet Marketing and is an Associate Fellow of Warwick Business School, currently tutoring in Information Systems and International Marketing. She has co-authored the current Information Systems module for the MBA course. When dealing with business strategy, others sometimes provide expertise in particular areas such as finance and contracts (Alison), translation and ethics (Peter), security and encryption technologies (DavidC) and database integrity (Simon). For particular markets or areas (e.g. Pharmacy, Social Care) that have specific legal or policy requirements we work collaboratively with other consultants who have this specialist knowledge
