We currently have immediate opportunities for people with accessible website design and/or Internet Marketing skills. A good level of English is essential. We do have opportunities for people who are fluent in Arabic, Russian, Chinese or another language, combined with excellent graphic design skills or web programming skills.

We offer very flexible working times and hours (e.g. part time work). As nearly all our work is Internet based, location is not an issue. Most of our staff work the majority of the time from home based offices.

Job spec: Graphic Designer

Our main requirements here are excellent design skills and a good working knowledge of the Adobe design products. Applicants please send a portfolio. For a permanent position we require an extensive portfolio; for newly qualified students we have initial freelance opportunities with a possible paid position later. Opportunities for vacation work or part time work, and living in East Kent an advantage for this.

Priority is given to applicants with one or more of HTML knowledge, Flash knowledge, Video editing experience, another spoken language or copy writing skills.

Job spec: Web site Designer

Our main requirements here are good design skills and the ability to create simple web sites with correct validating HTML and CSS. Skills will include good knowledge of Adobe design products, ability to code to W3C valid HTML with CSS. Please give reference web sites. Hobby web sites are acceptable.

Job spec: Client Manager

We are looking for a motivated client manager to interface with clients and our project staff. The role will include project managing design projects from startup to completion and project managing and reporting on our SEO contracts. The role will require the ability to write copy for web sites and articles on a huge variety of topics. Essential skills are excellent English, good communication skills and a high level of organization.

Job spec: Web site Developer / programmer

We have sometimes have vacancies for web site programmers. For this we would expect a good level of knowledge of PHP / MySQL, plus some knowledge of other languages such as JavaScript, Perl or ASP. The ability to hand-code in html to the latest web standards is also required. A working knowledge of Magento, Joomla and other widely used systems and frameworks is an advantage.

Job spec: Flash / graphic design jobs

Our main requirements here are excellent design skills and the ability to create Flash animations using ActionScript. Please supply examples of your work. These do not need to be complete Flash web sites - several example animations are fine. We prefer applicants who can show good design skills and fast loading Flash web pages/animations compared to complex and slow Flash web sites.

Search engine optimization jobs

We train from within the company for these.

PPC management jobs

We sometimes have opportunities for people within our PPC team. You need to be very competent at handling and analyzing very large amounts of raw data. This type of position would suit someone who is very strong in mathematics and enjoys the challenge of trying new ways of extracting information from data. No current vacancies.

Copy writing jobs

We often have opportunities for part time freelance copy writers, particularly those able to write on technical subjects.
