Online catalogue and shop for Bexley Council

Cornish WebServices have been asked to design and build an online catalogue and shop for Bexley Council, providing access to care and equipment for those with disabilities.
This online catalogue will form part of the disabilities services portal which has been developed by Cornish WebServices for Inspire Community Trust. Inspire provide Bexley County Council with all their disability services, and have put together an online portal bringing together local services information.
The services portal has been designed to be easy to navigate with colourful large navigation buttons to help find relevant services. The portal will be launched in November 2009, under the domain name www.shop4careBexley.co.uk .
This is an exciting project combining the accessibility expertise, Ecommerce and database development within Cornish WebServices. The initial visual design work was completed in the summer, and the services database built the following month. The system is currently undergoing user validation, evaluation and feedback before being launched.
