New CRM launched within Cornish WebServices

As part of their commitment to giving clients a professional and prompt service, Cornish WebServices have invested in a company CRM system to allow all members of staff to deal more efficiently with clients.
The CRM system, called GoldVision, was selected from a range of hosted CRM solutions. It was chosen for full range of functionality including integration with Outlook and speed of use as a hosted solution.
Cornish WebServices have over 100 clients and needed a system to help manage client records more efficiently and allow clients to receive a high level of service when client managers are on holiday.
