New Recruitment Website for Concorde International

16/02/2011

Cornish WebServices have recently been working on the development of a new look recruitment website for Concorde International. The Canterbury-based English language study centre required a dedicated jobs site to recruit staff to teach and assist at their summer language schools.

This is part of the main Concorde website but has a slightly different feel to it, containing lots of images and information to encourage a high standard of recruitment. Last year 70% of staff from previous years returned for the summer school and it is hoped that the new site will also encourage new recruits.

There are several useful features on the new recruitment website, like timetables of typical working weeks and maps showing Concorde’s summer school locations throughout Kent and Southern England. There are also downlodable application forms available.

The site clearly explains all the information applicants need to consider, including qualifications and what to expect of a working day. There are also links to apply for TEFL courses at Concorde, for those who may not meet the qualifications requirement but would like to train to teach English in the future.

The jobs website is now live and the staff at Concorde International are very pleased with its look and content. The Director of Vacation Courses has praised Cornish WebServices for achieving such an accessible site, commenting:

“The images of the programs look great, easy to understand and the qualifications section is perfect too... The site needs to be functional and appealing to a number of people which it is now! Many, many thanks for everything!”
