Westgate College Website Launches

14/12/2011

A new website for Westgate College has just been launched. Westgate College is run by The John Townsend Trust, a Margate-based educational charity that supplies education to deaf children and young adults with associated special needs.

The Westgate College website was designed and developed by Cornish WebServices and works alongside the Royal School for Deaf Children Margate (RSDCM) website.

The basic design for both the Westgate College and RSDCM websites is the same and was created to help promote the education establishments and make information more accessible to school and college members and their families.

We designed the RSDCM website first and the charity were so pleased with it that they commissioned us to design the Westgate College site. Information about the school and the college were previously contained under the main John Townsend Trust website.

The new Westgate College site is very accessible. It contains all information that current pupils and parents may need to know about term dates, the curriculum, residential accommodation, events and special projects that the college are involved in.

There are call to action buttons encouraging people to donate to the charity or make contact if they want to know more about the college. The website is bright and navigable, encouraging visitors to find out more information.

John Townsend Trust are extremely pleased with our design and development work and more website projects are scheduled for the charity in the future.
